I bought two Hindware Italian Collection WC- Clipper from an authorised dealer of Hindware AGRWAL SANITARYWARE & ELECTRICALS , Sikar Road Jaipur in 2013.
The dealer told that the Hindware gives 7 years warranty on the product.
After a year the seat cover cracked, the lamination worned and problem started with the water inlet.
When I called the Hindware customer care, they told me that 7 years warranty is only on Plastic Cisterns, not on these(The Italian Collection).
and The Cover would cost me around Rs 4000/- and Inlet vale would cost around Rs 2000/-
I would advice all not to buy any sanitary products from Hindware as they dont have a control over their quality and their price.
Worst product ever used.
