It was a worst experience. We had an issue with our Toilet seat product which is broken , we asked customer care , followed up multiple times via email , called several. Inspite of all these follow ups , the way they responded is not consistent. They lied and cheated. They told they will call us , when we again followed up after some days they said a different response. They have at least not bothered to answer our question in an appropriate manner. Finally we bought a product from Hind ware 2 years ago with a 10 year warranty. It broke now and we are trying to follow up for the same. Even if they don’t replace is fine , but at least we expected them to give a convincing answer which dint happen at all in-spite of multiple follow ups. This seems to be very unprofessional and not expected at all.
