Food presentation is really bad because the presentation of food is so similar like out side fast food center. Very poor work by the management when it comes to food on time delivery . They delayed about 20 -25 min for a single order. The food presentation is a very big drawback for this hotel. Ambience is not bad they really tried there best to maintain the hotel in good manner but they didn’t did so well. The tables and plates are not so clean and they didn’t maintain a good customer service because they delivered my order after a long delays and this thing happened when I visited second time also. Customer service is also a very big drawback for this restaurant. Value of money is also very bad the rates of the items are very costly when it comparetively with the quantity and the quality of the food and there customer service also. So I recommend you to if you wanna have costly dinner with bad customer service and uncomfortable ambience you visit here. Thank you so much for your time and consideration for reading my review.
