I am a working parents with twin daughters and stay in a joint family with my in-laws. Hence it was difficult to take care of my elderly in-laws who are also diabetic and need to consume food at regular intervals.
I got this agency from online and when I spoke to them they assured that they will provide best maid and after three days trial we can decide and continue with paying one month salary to the agency. They said within 6 hours they will send profiles after registration. It took them more than 48 hours to send one profile who came to our house to inform that she could not do full time, and she even informed that to the agency but they asked her to meet me anyhow. It was waste of time. When asked about this they did not answer. Then they send another candidate who was willing to join but needs more than 18k. I informed the agency and they said we will counsel her.
After three days of trial we realised that she could not do any of the housework except cooking. She spent more than 6 hours in the kitchen and few hours to clean the house that also she could not complete cleaning a 3bhk on a daily basis. When asked whether she is able to do it she said she had never worked as a maid before and only used to go for cooking. When asked to the agency about this they said maid is ready to work and she will manage and they convinced us to pay the money for which they almost called me every one hour to remind for the payment. We paid and signed the contract. We were left with an incompetent maid.
After working for only 10 days she left us without even informing, just because I raised my voice as the food she made was not consumable. This made her upset and without informing anyone at home she sneaked out and left my in-laws without any breakfast or food. We called her so many times but no reply. Agency did not even pick the call. After 5-6 hours of the incident agency called to tell that she did not know how to react so she left and she will come back. But she did not come back. We wanted replacement but we did not receive.
After 1 month they sent me one more maid who is also the irresponsible to the core. She will not inform her leaves, she will come late every single day. One fine day she just absconded. No calls no contact. Took leave for two days then did not come for a week and not even informed. Agency does not do anything.
It is a fraud agency. We had financial loss, emotional distress daily, and on top of that we only were searching for local maids, as agency doesn’t do anything. I sincerely wish no one takes services of this fraudulent agency.
