Hispindia is a small company of approx 30 employees. Where most of the employees feels that they are being harrased by employer. Company will only think how they can save money, they can even fight with you for 50 rupees reimbursement.
Moreover there is no one who will take stand for the team, someone’s work credit will be given to someone else & no one will say a word. No security in the office, no infrastructure. anyone can enter in the office without permission (sometimes even people come to ask for chanda) every 2nd member of the team is looking for changing the job.
So there is only one positive point that you can learn but only on the cost of your mental tension. very bad upper management...no team outing...no entertainment....
