We have been facing the below issue for more than 12 days now, I am sure no one has read the email below hence im explaining everything in detail again. Theres has not been even an acknoldegment of receipt on the email below.
The A/C was delivered to us on 5th May11, Despite repeated reminders and complaints(A/c not cooling from day 1) logged on to the customtakeouter care number, no one turned up to see the A/c till 12th may11
Mr Rana visited us on 12th May and told us that this A/c is a defective product and needs to be replaced. He provided us Mr Mohit Sharmas number and since then we have been comitted umpteen number of false promises saying that the A/c would be reaplced soon. Heights of customtakeouter disrRajeev_Vermact is that Mr Mohit Sharma has now blocked my husbands mobile number(Mr Kamal - 9971295647 the registered mobile number for this product). I tried Mr Mohits phone no from my mobile and Mr Sumit picked up the phone on his behalf, As usual we have been given false promises and myself and my husband have ended up taking 1 day off each from office to receive the A/c(basis the date and timings comitted to us).
As we stay alone, we had no option but to stay back from office for this issue, but in vain. We are left with no choice but to take this matter to the court on account of the mental harrasment that my family has gone thru in the past 15 days
We stay on the 4th floor(last roof) and Delhi heat in the past 15 days has been unbearable, on top of it we had some guests from US visiting us during the last 2 weeks period and this would have been one of the worst worst hosting for a guest.
We are a highly disappointed customtakeouter and would definitely not recommend any hitachi products to even our enemies. Anyways looking at the delay in attending the complaints / long queues on phone, I dont think any customtakeouter would think otherwise.
We are planning to buy a new Voltas A/c tomm and we would apply for a full invoice amount+ penalty return to us with due rRajeev_Vermact.

Hi,
We have bought a HItachi A/c last week on 4th May11, the A/c is a defective one - not cooling. We have logged the complaint for no cooling . Despite repeated reminders and false promises to us no one from Hitachi has visited us.neither the demo or the engineer has turned up.
The Bill was in the name of Mr kamal Nandan and registered phone no is 9971295647
We are planning to take this case to consumer court. Hitachi has a pathetic customtakeouter service.
We thot its the best brand in A/c and hence spent almost 1.5 times the money wht we would have spent on any other brand. Highly disappointing!
