I had purchased a Hitachi Split AC a year back in Chennai, India . From then, for every 3-4 months I had raised a complaint about low cooling and the technician used to come and inform that the gas leakage is there and will fix it and go. Still the issue is open and now the one year free service is over, they again came and said the same gas leakage issue and will charge Rs.2800 for this.
When I asked the technician about this, he is telling that this time we will fix it properly and the previous technicians who attended wouldn’t have fixed properly and he is not responsible for this. Would you please let me know whether Hitachi will own this issue and fix it once for all.
I am really dissatisfied with the way the service is done here and the problem which is a day-one issue is not fixed for the past one year. My problem here is, there no one to escalate this in India since the customer care number doesnt provide any support. Also emailing to customercare@hitachi-hli.com doesnt work.
We look this case any Hitachi have provided us a faulty AC and have been prolonging the issue which was raised for the complete year, just to push intentionally the warranty period.
