So I have been using this appliance for more than 2 years and to be honest till now I have been facing zero problems with this AC the cooling is as efficient to freeze a person in a small roomI use the word freeze because I have this AC installed in my drawing room and as compared to small room my drawing room is as big as three rooms combined and still it is capable to keep it cool for 2 hours if you just turn it on for 1 hour so talking about its flaws I think that this AC has some problem with its internal parts like it gets damaged or also I’ll use the word it gets in a bad shape very easily but if you take care of this AC like if you just clear it up every year once I mean once a year then it will be fine!
overall I would recommend any of my friends or family member or even the people who are reading this review to buy this AC
