Hitachi company is a worst company.i just don’t want to give any star for this useless product.
from the beginning I faced many problems of the cooling efficiency in the air conditioner when I called customer care they sent a engineer after examining he said that everything is ok and it will take some time for cooling the room.
for my the service and support of Hitachi not not average because I faced many problems in my AC but the customer care service don’t solve it properly.
Not value of money.i think the money you spent in buying Hitachi product is just waste because I’m not satisfied with this Ac I didn’t get any desired result from this Ac.
so readers don’t buy Hitachi AC.i really don’t why I got a defected product
