I have purchased new split AC hitachi in Kolkata( from zenith lifestyle zone) dated 25.03.15.
Model no RAU0141VEA 1.2 ton.
Since it’s installed AC not working proper. Had called in call centre almost 20 times, and as usual several junior and senior technicians visit, remote problem, sensor problem.ultimately temporary they fix problem for few weeks but issue remain unresolved, again after three weeks problem arise again called to call centre.
I am using Daikin since long. No problem with daikin ever I faced. Not at all recommending hitachi to anyone, it’s a nightmare after you spent a huge money.
