I had bought Hitachi inverter AC last year in June, from Mohali. In first season was good. But in this season it was not doing cooling, so I request for service.
The service came from mk refrigeration, Chandigarh.
The service staff seemed me some untrained, I told them it is not doing cooling but they were not ready to admit it, but after some time they felt, it is only working like a fan.
So, they told me that gas of AC is leaked.
In next visit service people diagnosed, problem in AC and took it along with them and delivered 2 days late.
Now again the cooling is only little bit and it has started making abnormal sounds.
I think I have made a bad decision of buying it.
