I bought ac for my friend. but a very bad experience to have 5 star a/c. So much noisy a/c never expected from Hitachi! Very Poor service & customer care response.
After lodging complaint nobody has turned up for service & repair. Never go for this particular 5 Star a/c to save money on electricity but would recommend to go for 3 Star A/c m/c.i will not suggest Hitachi for the ac. try an other brand.
