I bought Hitachi Kaze AC and it stopped working the same night after installation. I called up the customer service desk in he morning and it was fixed the same day. The problem was with stabilizer and not with AC.
I received 3 calls from Hitachi assuring me of visit by servicing personnel and 2 follow-up mails asking for my satisfaction level with the servicing.I am overwhelmed with the concern Hitachi people showed in addressing the issue
