UNFORTUNATELY, I BOUGHT A WINDOW A.C. 1.5.TON FROM HITACHI LAST YEAR IN MAY (2011), SINCE I AM IN TRAVELLING PROFILE, IT WAS VERY SPARINGLY USED. THIS YEAR IN MONTH OF MARCH I GOT A CALL FROM HITACHI GUYS, ASKING FOR THE SERVICE, I DULY CALLED HIM UP AND HE DID THE SO CALLED SERVICE FOR THE SAME , THE WHOLE PROBLEM STARTED FROM HERE, WHEN I RESTARTED IT AFTER A DAY OR TWO, IT STARTED MAKING STRANGE NOISE, WE CALLED UP THE HITACHI GUYS, THEY SAID THE MOTOR NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED, WE SAID IT IS IN THE WARRANTY IN FACT I HAD BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY, THE ENGINEER SAID HE WILL FIX IT UP, ALMOST 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL FROM THEIR SIDE, I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT IN CALL CENTRE THRICE STILL, NO CALLS. EVEN MARKED A MAIL... ET AGAIN NO RESPONSE .... I AM CLUELESS NOW ...
