Hitachi build a good air conditioner no doubt but after sales service is too poor.
its cooling efficiency too good as well as noise is too low.
Not too much cheap it is but value for money when it is in working condition.
But after sales service is too poor. Also their android apps is just a fraud.
I was repeatedly complained for my ac repairing which is aged only 1 year. and after 1 month they solved the problem
Not only that, I’m sharing my experience below.
After 31/32 days Hitachi service man repaired my AC.They are the most unprofessional service given I have ever seen.
They came and after inspecting my AC told me that there are two parts not working in outdoor unit.
1) outdoor fan pcb board & 2)pcb transformer.
So they changed those two parts and the cost is around Rs.2000/-(+ Service charge Rs. 500/-)
But they didn’t know that I was put some mark on the old parts and when I inspected their work then I found that they
Only changed the "pcb board" and not changed the transformer. They just stick a new sticker from their new transformer to my old transformer.
So I chased them and finally they told their cheat and give me the bill of only for pcb board which cost Rs.1500/-(+ Service charge Rs. 500/-).
Also now the cooling ability of my AC is not as like as earlier.
I’m sure that they did something bad with the compressor & also charged me a lot than a cost of pcb board.
So don’t believe any Hitachi service man. If your Hitachi product is not working properly then go for outsiders service man or when they do their job
If you called them then just stand after them. But the best thing is that DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HITACHI PRODUCT.
