I have been using this 1.5 ton window Hitachi AC since 4 years and I can now very well quote about my experiences with it. It basically went well for 2 season’s and then started to show its true colors.
The gas leaked twice since we bought it and I have got no clue why. Asked customer service technician so hehe said that this can be caused due to several aspects but didn’t tell us the actual reason and gosh that was so frustrating. Since then I have been getting it fixed every season bu shelling extra amount from my own pocket.
