Worst After Sales Service - Poor customer care

I have called for servicing of my AC ( 1 & 1/2 year) old for cleaning the AC. Initially I was told that my SR will be attended within 2 days. When nobody turns up, I called again and they now says that it would take 4 days ( not 2 days as previously told). I have also heard the poor quality of the technician (from similar reviews on net) and had to personally supervise when they turns up.


After Sales Service definitely needs improvement - Else why should one by costly Hittachi - and not other brands. I would update later on the service quality.
