I purchased a new 1.5 ton hitachi AC a few months ago from flipkart.com. I was very much sure that the hitachi provides very good quality products to its customers but I was wrong. The Ac worked very well for the first one month but after than the compressor of the AC stopped working. When I call the customer care for help the were least intrest in my complaint and send the mechanic to my place after 2 weeks. I have to pay some amount of money to replace the compressor.
I was not satisfied with the service of the company and will not purchase hitachi AC in future.
