I purchased Hitachi Kaze plus split AC for Rs. 35000/- when other good brands like voltas samsung LG etc were available for Rs.25000-30000/- range.
The only thing which I considered is the name of the Hitachi and hoped that it is better than others. But to my surprise, Hitachi is the worst company in all. In just 1 Yr gap.
I had to refilled it with gas with a maximum use of 2 hrs. in 24 hrs. In the 2nd yr, when the product become out of warranty, the motor of outer unit got screwed.
Now the Hitachi CC is asking for Rs. 500 for visit+ Rs. 3000/- for motor+ Rs. 1500/- for Gas Filling. WTF. Is this hoped by me when I spent Rs. 15000/- extra for this piece of crap. Hitachi. not inspiring the best but the worst. pls guys dont go for Hitachi products. rather burn ur money.
