I am using AC’s of different make at Home. The unit got shipped in ten days as promised and through a reliable courier "Gatti"Just made a service request with the service operation of Hitachi and no reminders!!!!, the technician came next day. The Installation was very simple and very professional.
They carry template for their activities, like digging on the wall for tubing, position of wall unit etc. One thing I never saw with any other Aircon company is the Spirit level measurement of the wall unit. Good precision work. The cooling is superb and the remote operations are very user friendly and my mother in-law of 78 years can use it with easeI bought many white goods all over the years, I felt immensely satisfied and the Rs. 5000/difference was a non issue. A small story followed after this, I was on a sales call and I saw all Hitachi splits at his office.
Just out of curiosity asked him. How many times the unit failed?His reply was , Never!!!!
