Its been nearly a year since when I purchased my Split AC for my bedroom but since few days I am noticing that my AC is dying a slow death as the cooling as well as other features are dying out. And also, this could have been averted if we went with a different brand during the purchase. First of all, we received a product without any gas in it or a defective product. It took me nearly a month to get a complete replacement of the product. Now, we again ran into issue as we are unable to get the desired cooling effect as promised during the purchase of the product.
We tried to loop the customer care personnel regarding my issue, they just did an outer servicing of the AC stating that they are not having the desired tools to open the AC and to do an in-depth investigation of the unit.
I would request to all prospective buyers to check the service quality and product in mouthshut before you are closing a deal with the showroom.
