I bought this air conditioner 3 years ago, at rupees 35000 after a lot of study in the market and bought it because of its good features and cooling properties. But I was not expecting it to go bad in just a year.
It worked fine for 4 months after that in winters we stopped using it. The very next year it was not working and also I came to know that the gas was completely finished. I was surprised so I called support and they changed the gas. It worked fine and in next summers it stopped working again the warranty was gone and we came to know the motor was gone
The company asked for 4500 for every fix in the air conditioner. We had no choice but to pay and get it fixed. I was really disappointed as what is the point of using such things if they are not even durable.
After such experience I can’t recommend this to any one. So no from my side.
