There’s no policy being followed. It’s so immature that even if you will find some policy on intranet, they will say, it has been modified and talk to blah blah for updated policy. really funny..isn’t it.
Lots of false promises are made which are just promises and are meant to be broken.

All projects are at fire from the day 1...whichever project you join, you will have to work 12 hours or more from day1.
In cafeteria, you won’t find anything after 7 PM, so if you working late night, be ready to starve. you may bring dabbas for dinner as well. no meal expenses are covered, as if you are working late, you are not fast enough :D .
