My husband and I bought an AC from this company about a year ago and already the compressor is out and we’ve had nothing but problems with trying to get it fixed. First, the technician was awful and just briefly looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with it, yet it was blowing only barely cool air. Then there was the customer service people on the phone.
My husband has been calling them for days and still no one is here to fix this unit. They originally say that someone will come and fix it within 24-48 hours, which is false. We’re on day 5 and no one has come and the call center refused to allow my husband to talk to a supervisor or they gave him the number of someone that doesn’t bother to answer their phone. We called again and FINALLY got through to a supervisor, but we haven’t seen a technician yet. Just bad business in general, we’ll never, ever buy from Hitachi again.
