I bought THIS SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER IN KANCHIPURAM SATHYA ELECTRONICS SHOWROOM ON 22/09/2015
Hitachi installation persons had Installed on the third day of delivery.
they did not have service center in kanchipuram ( Kanchipuram is the district capital of kanchipuram district) they have service center in chengalput ( it is another town near chennai)
THE HITACH AIR CONDITIONER INDOOR UNIT IS MAKING NOISE LIKE A MINI HELICOPTER
BUT IT IS A NOISE OF HIGH PRESSURE AIR THROWN ON A VERY SMALL VENT.
somehow after few days of hardship tollerance ( I think indians are more tollerant than euro& americans) we got acustomed with the excessive noise.
after calling for a first service a service person had come to service the unit doubting him I examind his authenticity and l let him to service.
since he did not have proper training or skill while servicing he made some mess in in door unit.
after the problem is highlited to sathya on regular service somehow they sent another person and they ask me to transport the unit to service center to find the fault and service in good condition.
since I ASSUMED HITACHI WILL BE WITH GOOD MANUFACTURING TECK AND SERVICE I WRONGLY SELECTED AND NOW I SUFFER .
PEOPLE WHO IS READING THIS REVIEW IF YOU REALLY WANT TO PUNISH OR REVENGE THE REAL USER THEN ATTACK THEM BY BUYING THIS HITACHI AIR CONDITIONER PRODUCT.
