Dont Ever Buy Hitachi AC if you want peaceful life
Unfortunately, this time I am deeply dissatisfied and regretting my decision of purchasing Hitachi 5 star AC Model:WINDOW AC - 1.5TR HITACHI KAZE PLUS - RAW518KUDZ1.
I have purchased this AC 6 months back and from the Day One I am getting regular complaints about this product.Below are the sequence of complaints that I have raised for your product:
Initially in the beginning after purchasing this AC, it took 4 days for the installation of AC from your Service Engineer.But I thought its okay since that was the peak season.But after that I was getting regular complaint with the AC.
Last Month again after raising the first regular service request, it again took 5 days for the servicing of AC from your side.Even the person who serviced the AC havent done the servicing correctly and have also broken the front panel of the AC while servicing .
I raised several complaints for that but nothing happened.
Secondly just after having service down, Remote Control Sensor Panel of AC stopped working, I again raised complaint for that but after 3 days when another service Engineer came he clearly told me that they dont have replaced part available with them and I regularly used to call on Customer Care Number and thankfully after spending half more month in such humid weather finally its been done.
Even then I was okay with that but now after only 4 days of my last complaint again this time I am getting issue with my AC.
This time the condition of the AC is more serious and this time Cooling is not at all there in AC and I am not at all hopeful to have the AC service down on time.
This is my 10th Complaint for the same AC that too within the Warranty Period.
I am deeply dissatisfied and regretting my decision of purchasing this AC.
So, at last I am requesting you to kindly look into my AC Condition and it seems as if the AC that I bought is not the new one.
