I recently bought 2 hitachi window a/c (1.5 tone) on 1 April 2012..it was very surprising that on 16th June 1 of my a/c stopped working.I called up the customer service they told me it will take 48 hrs for the engineer to visit.
I patiently waited for 2 day after 2 days the service engineer came & told me that the pcb (the display portion)is not working I asked him how is this possible as I have bought this a/c approx. 2 months back he said due to voltage fluctuation I asked him then why the stablizer still working he dint had an answer for that he told me that it will take 3-4 days for the pcb to be replaced till day nothing have been done.
Its really said that after spending 32, 000 rs this is what Hitachi is providing to its customer.
