I had put up a complaint with the Hitachi Service Center on the 16th of April 2011 for no cooling in my Hitachi Quadricool 2ton a/c. My request no is 11041600130.
Till date I would have called some 20 times to the service center (Telephone No - 011-35324848) to look into the issue but the technician has never turned up even once, at my place.
I have 2 Hitachi A/Cs both of which are under AMC.
I am using this forum so that my complaint is looked into at the earliest or I would be left with no option but to take legal action.

Technicians from Hitachi Service Center did visit my place on 11th May ...the very next day after I wrote this review (thanks MouthShut_Official :)); they inspected my A/C and said that they will come the very next day
(12th May) to fix it but till now...no one has turned up.
I have decided to log a comment every day...till my problem is looked into and rectified.

Hi,
Hope that a big brand like Hitachi takes care of its customtakeouters.
I have made a complaint for no cooling exactly a month back and till date the problem has not been rectified.

Its been four days since I got this reply from you that my complaint will be resolved on a priority basis.
The status of my complaint is still the same. No body has come to fix my problem.
This is remarkably sloppy.
