Vel (navi mumbai), if any one is planning to buy anything from Vijay Sales at Panvel, my sincere advice is DO NOT VISIT THE SHOP. first they don’t have enough models of appliances for customer choice and the worst part is when you pay and order your appliance it will take at least 15 days to deliver it to your home and after that another 8-10 days for installation, when asked the reason, they blame it on Hitachi company that they have less service engineers and so cannot install the ac, I experienced it with my purchase of Hitachi Split A/C.
Even after paying full amount they have not delivered and installed the ac till date, my sincere advice please don’t buy anything from Vijay Sales Panvel, as other retailers like Croma and Arcee are much superior at least they deliver the goods to customers in less than 2 days and install immediately.
