We have bought this refrigerator 7 months back initially while buying they had gave us guarantee of 1 year but after 6 months it self t started giving problem as I we were not able adjust the cooling properly had some problem with the cooling, we had contacted the Hitachi customer support multiple time but it was not at all useful Avery time they gave us reason stating the dealer will come to our place we waited for 1 month no body had responded then after a month they repaired but the problem started again a after a month it was really bad experience with customer service side so we diced to sell instead of repairing it.
