We bought this AC last year after looking at other like Carrier, Daikin, Samsung etc. So far we have not had any complaints. Service and support has not been required so far, so cannot comment on that front.
AC operates smoothly and efficiently. We are using this in our Living + Dining rooms which is a fairly large area. In fact, we were planning on a 2T AC. However, the dealer recommended a 1.5T one as we are on 1st floor. Cooling is good and fast. We can feel the effects after 3-4 minutes. Noise level is very good. Sometimes it is difficult to tell if AC is on or not though our fan level is always at highest setting.
There are many preset levels which we find useful. Usually we set it on max for some time, and switch over to a moderate setting after some time.
As this is in Living room, we use this AC only during daytime.
Cons: Nothing major, though there are some things one should note before buying.
Even though there is a small panel on the AC which gives the impression that temperature, mode etc will be displayed, there is no such feature. These things are displayed only on the remote. AC itself doesn’t have any digital display. However, we bought this with false assumption and there was no mis-selling. We have now been told that none of the Japanese brands will have such display.
There is a FollowMe feature which is pretty much useless. Even though it was not a major feature for us, it would have been nice if this worked properly or was useful. Neither is true.
I would recommend this AC, though you should go for an equivalent one w/o the FollowMe feature is available. IMO this feature is useless.
