I bought this air conditioner from Hitachi brand and I faced a few problems. It was not as expected and as promised by the brand. After a while it started to produce a lot of sound which was very uncomfortable during sleeping.
The cooling effect also reduced after a year and so.
The main issue was its power consumption. Electricity bill amount increased a lot, I guess the most among all the ACs I have used and know yet. This product does not have the value for money.
