I purchased on Spilt AC of Hitachi which we all know is quality products, the issue is with its pathetic service by Ahmadabad HITACHI Service team.
I registered a complent on 8th June for no cooling and their CS Agent has assured that their technical will visit in 48 Hrs, so we waited till 10th but no one has even called. I called them again on 10th evening but no resolution post 3-4 calls. Only one thing you will be gettingCALL on HOLD". I tried every next day atleast and called around 30 times to their different CS agent, floor manager, and don know who else. Nothing worked out till today.
I use to talk to Mr. Hardik Darji who assured on every next day, final assurance of his was on 15th June that someone will visit today by late evening. so as usual nothing happened. Thanks GOD I have another AC of Godrej working fine in this summer.
Till today no one has bothered to resolve my issue and I am wondering how come such people are being hired by Hitachi?Can anyone help me in this or I need to look for local vendor which will violet the warranty.
