Hello Guys, I am back with my new review of Hitachi i-clean AC. Although I am not sure about the model number so I am not mentioning it. But consider it as one major review for all Hitachi AC. The "i-clean" term is merely an attraction for their customers to sale by some kind of pre-embedded technology that almost all AC offers now these days.
Although I don’t find it useful and I have to clean the AC by myself.
Now, the service support for Hitachi in my area is almost unreachable. Once I have ordered for the servicing and they have been saying to me that the area where I live they don’t have their support in that region but they will provide me support but it cost me much more to avail the service because they need to send their agents from a greater distance. So I canceled the service and ordered it to some local ac servicing guy. I will always suggest you opt for the brand that has support in your region else don’t go for it. For a year the cooling is pretty good but after that ac produces less cooling and also produced a rattling noise. The reliability & satisfaction is pretty dull regarding the problems I have mentioned previously. After almost 3 years of use, I am totally unsatisfied with this AC. Be careful on purchasing AC cause this is the 4th AC I have been using and I can assure you it gets downgraded.
