Last year I had purchased a 1.5 ton Hitachi Kampa Split AC after reading a lot of user reviews from various sites including MouthShut. Selecting an AC nowadays is very difficult as various brands provide many features at different price points. Finally, I settled for Hitachi and now I will discuss what made me purchase this:
1) **==Customer Support==** - Their customer service is really good. Whenever I called for servicing, they used to send technicians within a couple of days and are also knowledgeable.
2) **==Efficient Cooling==** - The AC uses copper pipes unlike other brands and that’s why the price is a bit higher. The cooling system is great and cools very quick without producing much noise. It provides uniform cooling.
3) **==Modes==** - My AC has 3 modes viz Auto, Dry and Cool. It’s been a year but till now I haven’t faced any issues. No unwanted noise. The Cool mode is handy and you can select temperature of your choice and fan speed too!
4) **==Power Consumption==** - My AC has 3 star rating only but because of it’s efficient cooling system, I found it to consume less electricity than other 5 star ACs.
4) **==Word of Mouth==** - This is the brand you can trust. The quality of materials provided are extremely of higher quality and prompt service. I am thoroughly satisfied with this product and would recommend everyone.
