We purchased a HITACHI 1.5 ton 3 star split AC from the retail shop in akrudi pune .
At the time of purchase shop team showed me a nice working product, after I purchased when they were tried to installing into my bedroom the scene started .
1) The person who installed AC told me that they send a person tomorroe who will fill the gas in that AC and then no one turned up for the next few days
2) The remote didn’t working properly even after we have using new batteries.
2) Drain pipe leaking
3) After continuous calls to hitachi they responded after 4 days finally one person came to me and tried for almost 3 hours to fill gas but of no use.
4) Finally he said its a defective product please return back to the shop, once you get new one then call me again.
Now just imagine my feelings at that time hitachi services are not at all good
