I got split a/c 1.5 ton inverter a/c.
There was no cooling since it was installed. I have been calling useless customer care, writing mails etc for the past 1 month and after several visits from technicians they agreed to replace the a/c.
The customer care service is pathetic.That too chennai service center is lousy.There is no coordination between the technicians, highly impolite.Once the machine gets an issue, take it for granted that it will take ages for getting resolved.
