One year back in May 2015 I bought Hitachi WINDOW AC - 1.5 TON HITACHI KAZE PLUS 3 star Model. From the very start AC never reaches to its chilling point. AfTer some time I called customer care for free regular service. After calling so many times no response came from the company perhaps hitachi don’t have their own employees for regular after sale service. Then I hired a private company to do the same. Now after one year AC had stopped working.after calling them thrice then a person came from dealer side and said that may be gas has leaked and it would charge 3200 Rs for the same to get refilled. Really this product is more than worse and company after sales service is pathetic! I will never trust this company anymore. My advice to everyone never buy a hitachi product.
