I am using this AC from last 1 year, it is the worst AC I have ever used. It is useless, I set it’s temperature at 18 but it automatically comes to 27 or sometime to 30. Ever seen any AC like this in my life. It also consumes so much electricity, our monthly bill exceeds6000 only because of this AC. It’s a total waste of money. Never expected this type of goods of such big and reputed company like hitachi. Sometimes I feel that I am cheated by the the company. I Will never recommend this AC to anyone.
