Hi friends good afternoon HITACHI windows ac 1 ton is very popular in indian market
nowadays the product are not perfect as once upon a time it has a good performance including all Due to global warming there is too much of heat is there so each and every house air conditioner is needed
So for the as good as people mostly used hitachi air conditioner because the price is very low compare to other ac but the service is worst
I contact to the customer service but they didn’t response after somedays they came and just see but no use
Cooling in the ac is average cooling sound is irritating because much of noise will come from there
It is not reliable and I was cheated by the company so I am avoiding this product iam not satisfied with this product
Total waste of money so don’t buy this select a best product
