The customer care people are very supportive, they constantly supported me through 12 months. The EMI due date messages always reminded me of my EMI date. Though the rate of interest and bouncing charges are high but the approval process is very fast and convenient so the Rate of interest doesn’t matter if you get the money on time. I am highly satisfied by the services and I’ll suggest this company to everyone. The attitude of staff over the call and in the city office was very good. The collection staff is very supportive and understands the problem of customer very well.
