Hello guys, today am here to review on Home Credit Finance.Guys this Finance company is one type of torcher company in India, I have taken loan from this company worth rupees 10 thousands only, my payment due date is every month of 7th, but they me from 1st of every month thats a good sign but from 1st to till date when your payment is not payed, home Credit customer executive calls you day by day they ask you sir when you are doing payment of your loan.Guys am telling you they are full of torcher, when you are going to take loan from this torcher company they ask you everything and the process is very easy and simple within a day the loan amount is credited in your bank account, you have not to do anything you just login on Home Credit official website and the process is very simple but their charges is too high man, when you late for 1 day they charged you 450 rupees, when you pay your loan E.M.I you have to pay yourself they dont have ECS facility, how bad service they provide their customers.One thing is good that I was realised that their customer service number is always active they can’t hold your call more than 1 minute, if you have any problem regarding your loan or other services they provide full information of that.When your going to apply for loan their staff will talk you very sweetly but when you go for any complaints they said that sir wait ill check and come back to you they waste your time and the they say sir your request is under process it will be resolved in 7 working days or 10 working days.I am not satisfied with Home Credit Finance, guys I am telling you if you are going to plan to take loan from Home Credit than drop your idea and go for another best Financial Company, other company takes time to give you loan but their services are good but Home Credit gives you instant money but they torcher you and the charges is too high so please go for another Financial Company.
