According to me it is the worst shopping network, that is both site and the TV channel . I had brought a product , that is a puma shoes . The dilevery time was a disaster. It had come two to three days late . And when it had come the shoes were defeected . Then I called the call centre . It said that the pick up will come in five to seven days .it had gone to the check the defect .then in about the next week the shoes came but the wacht and the second shoes were not there but the wacht was there but not of that company . Then I became frustrated and did not call the home shop eighteen team ever again . And not even try to wacht there programme again . I hope this will help you.
