Well, I wanted to buy a decent bed and saw the exchange offer of Home town.. Initially everything was fine, we short listed the products and finance and other details was shared hastily and incomplete. The fun part started at the billing counter - Exchange was just a show off - well you need to buy 4 times of the product value then only it’s applicable (wow- good way - I almost swap my card).
I was shocked.. asked the sales guy - you never told me about it.. he said, "no madam I will take care" - but I felt something is fishy.. I wanted to speak to manager - icing on the case - "this is the way we sell madam", adding to this- delivery not immediately and the delivery will be charged (depends on no# people) coming to deliver at your place..
I lost my faith in Home town horrible dealing and full of untrue promises... NEVER EVER ENTER if you don’t want to waste your hard earn money, time and peace of mind.
