Hi friends, I am going to share my experience about home town.In December I purchased and selected a double bed for rs 34000 from home town Bangalore for my sister and paid all money.The store manager said the bed will be delivered in 10 days, so I will wait for 10 days after that the bed was not delivered.After 12 days I called customer care but they didn’t know anything about that product and they didn’t respond well.I went to the store the next day and meet the manager even though the manager couldn’t know me.I said all the details after checking my status the manager said sir it is out of stock at this moment, please wait for another 10 days.I was shocked and the staff are very casual and do nothing for the customers.I am very disappointed with this service and I asked to refund my money within 1 week they refunded my money.so please don’t for this shop.
