My husbandand I had boughtanewhouse recenlty and were very excited bout the interiors so we thought y not go to the best plce ( thats wot we had thought bout hometown initially!). So we went n chose all the stuff required fr the three bathrooms. Worse, we were so impressed by their good behavior n professionalism that we even bought thekitchen from them. They told us that the bathroom fittings will b delivered within 10 days n the plumbing done within 2 -4 days. This was in first week of may. And the kitchen they told us wud b fixed within 30-35 days. So we waited after making the payment. The bathroom fittings arrived within 10 days but only some of them. And the plumber they sent us was so damn unprofessional. We had to go to home town(which is in marathalli)2-3 times again all the way from indiranagar just to buy small bathroom knobs etc coz he was so dumb he cudnt even buy himself if we paid him to get the stuff. And its end of june, still they havent got the rest of the bathroom stuff and their plumber has left fr the village, leaving the bathrooms half completed.we even went n complained there but all they said was they are sorry n they will send a new plumber when the kitchen gets fixed. Ok so the kitchen was supposed to get delivered by 1st or max 2nd week of june.
But then they tell us that there’s some prob in the factory n they cant deliver it on time.this they told us on 2nd week of june after we had broken the old kitchen. We had already given notice to the landlord where we presently stay n told him we will vacate within june n worst we had broken the old kitchen trusting them to get us the new kitchen by mid june. How were we supposed to know that they wud come up with such excuses. So after explaining them a hundredth time wot situation we are in with the bathrooms half done n the kitchen broken , how cud we shift to our new house, they finally said they will get the kitchen done within june. Now its 30th june n they have told us to do the rest of the 50% payemnt wotever n then only they will fix the kitchen. I still feel they are just not even worth getting the payment. After all the harassment that I n my husband had to face these people really need ot be grilled. I dunno in wot way they call thmselves professionals n one of the best. Money wise they charge too much n yet their work is just pathetic. Lying n making innocent customers buy their stuff is all they know.
I really suggest dont ever buy anything from them.also they are so clever they take rs 50 fr parking and u can only redeem it if u buy something. Nothng is cheap there.i feel the kitchen at lifestyle is much better as they are more professional.hometown really sucks!
