We bought a shoe rack from home town costing 5K. finally it was delevered but in wrong color. Now we are struggling to get it changed.our day starts by calling these buggers and ends up with the same story "madam it will be deliverer tomorrow."
The same day we had plans to buy a double bed too. selected one but was told that will take minimum 25 days to get delevered. when asked for fast delevery, they offered one bed full of scratches!! after noticing scratches, I told them that we are not intrested to buy this.
The lady ( I suppose manager or some senoir staff) smiled sarcastically and said "if dont wanna buy, then dont buy. this is all we can offer u"!! This is the way they talk to customers!! its a place for shopping if one has ample time to follow up, make calls, send mails , has ample patience to listen to same story but by different people. And if one has ample money to throw and forget!!
Its a place where they sell products as if they are doing some favour!! buyer is a fool and they are superior enough to humilate customer by pouring their high attitude and haraasing process!!pathetic place and pathetic staff!!Please visit blogs before entering to this place.
