We bought 3 items (Marathalli branch) on 15th August, supposed to be delivered on 25th Aug. No intimation came from them till 25th, we didn’t plan for day (it was Sunday) thinking products will be delivered, evening I called them (after many tries I got someone on phone) he told it is delayed by 1 week and then later I got message saying it will be delivered on 6th Sep.
Continuously following up with them no one has any accountability, you call them they say we will get bk to you in 10 mins and they never call back, u only have to call them again n again. we visited the store also personally no one has any information they just keep on sending you from one person to another. Really don’t know what kind of management they have?
I feel really made a big mistake by buying products from them....please avoid these cheaters...after paying so much money u don’t have peace of mind. :-(
Another thing during our purchase we selected one computer table price displayed was Rs. 3500/- but when we went to billing section they say its Rs. 5000/- and sales girl who was assisting us told you have to pay whatever system is showing ( so rude) they should at least have the courtesy to say sorry for providing wrong information to customers. :-)
Only thing comes to my mind is pathetic, cheaters, disgusting.....
