I had purchased a bunk bed from Home Town on 15 May for Rs 30, 000/- I was told that the delivery would be effected within 48 Hrs.
Despite a confirmation from the store on delivery on 17th the warehouse as well as the store have the audacity to tell me that the item will not be delivered as I did not pick the call from warehouse.My first experience in so many years.never felt so disgusting.
