I have been buying many products from this place. The saddest experience was to a gift from my son of a recliner costing more than Rs12000/- . First delivery took more than 20 days, The foot rest lever doesn’t operate. After repeated complaints and promises of sending a mechanic for more than 2 weeks, reporting personally twice and on telephone twice a day and getting a promise that it would be attended to by the end of day.
